Sweet Peas from our garden.

These were a pleasant surprise, having been started at the old house in pots and then transplanted here at the new house. It may be because they are planted on a north-south fence on its east side, so they never get too hot - the normal death of sweet peas.

Police Concert in Vancouver with Patti and Dave

Just before the show, we had someone snap our picture. The Elvis Costello set was horribly marred by an atrocious sound mix. The Police were better, and Dave said he thought the mix was good, but I only thought it was so-so. The show was pretty good though from my favorite band of the 80s. I took 2 pics of the show, but they came out poorly on my cheap camera.
