A rare tree peony bloom.

I got this plant two years ago. It had three blooms the first year, none the second, and will only have this one this year. I hope the plant starts getting larger one of these years.

We met Lou and Stacy for brunch at Elephant's. Since it was a deli and not a fancy schmantzy restaurant, we were in and out quicker and cheaper, but the food was just as good. Then we all walked around trendy NW 23rd Ave.
